- Mr. Tsui Tsin Tong
Honorary President
Mr. Tsui Tsin Tong, Standing Member of the National Committee of The Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. He is concurrently the Chairman of CNT Group Limited and The China Paint Mfg. Co. (1946) Ltd. CNT Group is a public listed corporation in Hong Kong that focuses on paint manufacturing, steel & iron industry etc. He is also a reputed connoisseur of Chinese antiques, he established many Chinese galleries around the world. Beside, Mr. Tsui is presently the President of the Hong Kong Marrow Match Foundation, Honorary Chairman of Operation Smile China Medical Mission, Founding Honorary Advisor of the University of Hong Kong Foundation for Educational Development and Research of the HKU, Honorary Court Member of the HKUST, the Board of Director of Jinan University of Guangzhou and Honorary Chairman of China Legal Exchange Foundation. In 1992, Mr. Tsui was appointed as Justice of the Peace in Hong Kong. In 1995, he was conferred an Honorary Doctorate degree by the University of Hong Kong. In 1997, he was nominated as an Officer in the order of the “Legion d’Honneur” by the Government of the French Republic. In July 2001, he was awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star by the Government of the HKSAR.

Chairman
After graduating from Oxford University, Sir David Akers-Jones has lived continuously in the Far East since 1954. He served first in the Malayan Civil Service where he learned to read and speak Chinese. He has lived in Hong Kong since 1957 and ended his career in the Hong Kong Government as Chief Secretary and Acting Governor from 1985 to 1987. He was the first non-official Chairman of the Hong Kong Housing Authority from April 1988 to march 1993 and served as a Hong Kong Affairs Advisor to China from April 1993 to June 1997. He continues to live in Hong Kong where he is non-executive Chairman and Director of various companies. He is the President of Business and Professionals Federation and is actively involved in many voluntary and charitable organizations.
- Mr. Tony W.C. Fung
Vice Chairman
Tony Fung, Chairman of Yu Ming Investments Limited and Yu Ming Investment Managing Limited, has had a career spanning over 20 years in the investment and securities industry and China trade. He is also a member of General Committee of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, a member of Finance Committee of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Vice Chairman of the Chinese University of Hong Kong MBA Programmes Advisory Board.
- Dr. Alice T.H.W. Chiu, JP
Vice Chairman
Mrs. Alice Chiu, JP, Director of Henyep Development Holdings Ltd, heads several renowned companies as Chairman and Director. She has keenly devoted herself in charity work since 28 years ago. In 1991, she was the first individual volunteered to raise funds for Operation Smile. Since then, over 10 million dollars have been raised. At present, Mrs. Chiu is the Vice Chairman of Operation Smile China Medical Mission. In 2003, she was appointed as International Campaign Chairman for Operation Smile International. Her mission is to raise fund for 26 underprivileged and developing countries around the world.
- Mr. Edward Yuen
Honorary Treasurer
Mr. Yuen is a C.P.A registered with the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. After earning his M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in the U.S., Mr. Yuen has held various senior finance positions for both multinational and local companies operating in Asia. Currently he is doing private equity investments and has been involved in various new business startups. In his volunteer treasurer role for Operation Smile, Mr. Yuen’s contribution spans from financial management, corporate governance, to development of strategies in China. Mr. Yuen is also an active executive member of the Business and Professional Federation of Hong Kong and he serves the Hong Kong accountancy profession in various volunteer capacities.
- Ms. Monin Ung
Honorary Legal Advisor
Monin is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong, advocate and solicitor in Singapore and remains on the roll as a barrister in England & Wales. Monin currently practices law as senior associate at the Atlanta-based international firm of Troutman Sanders. Her practice principally focuses on corporate commercial law particularly in corporate finance, initial public listings and China direct investment work. Monin is also active in pro bono work including acting as Director and Legal Adviser to “Operation Smile”. She has given talks on topics such as Disclosure of Interests, Due Diligence for IPO & M&As, Writing Commercial Letters of Advice & Legal Opinion, and related subjects.
- Ms. Louise Tam
Honorary Secretary
Ms. Louisa Tam Hay Wan is a retired civil servant. She was educated at the Sacred Heart Canossian College (Macau) and the Northcote Teachers Training College (Hong Kong). She started her working career as a primary school teacher at the Sacred Heart Canossian Primary School in 1963. Then she joined the Hong Kong Government in 1968 as an Immigration Inspector. In 1970 she joined the Protocol Office as an Assistant Protocol Officer and worked her way up as a Protocol Officer, Senior Protocol Officer and Chief Protocol Officer. She retired from the Government in 1999, but remains as a Protocol Consultant till present. She began her volunteer service as the Honorary Secretary and Member of the Executive Committee of OSCMM. She is also a Committee Member of the Y.W.C.A. Hotel & Residences Management Committee and the Public Relations Committee.

Dr. Chan Kowk Chiu was born in Hong Kong in 1950. His native province is Taishan, Guangdong. He graduated from the University of Victoria, B.C., Canada in 1973 with a Bachelor degree majoring in Economics. After graduation, he inherited his family business in Hong Kong and has been the Director of Wing Cheung Investment Co. Ltd. since then. Sharing his parents’ will to serve the community and preach the traditional culture, Dr. Chan takes part in many social activities. He has been the Vice-chairman of the Hong Kong Taoist Association, the Vice-chairman of the Hong Kong Yuen Yuen Institute, the Director of Miu Fat Buddhist Monastery, the Vice-president of the Internal Security Fund of Guangdong Province, China and the Political Consultative Member of Taishan and Yingde in Guangdong, China. He was awarded Knight Hospitaliers of The Sovereign Order of St. John of Jerusalem, Knight of Malta, Medal of Honor of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of P.R.C. and Honorary Citizen of Guangzhou, Lechang and Taishan in Guangdong, China.
- Dr. Peter Chi-Wang Pang

Dr. Pang is a specialist in plastic surgery. He graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong Medical School. He obtained fellowships of Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, College of Surgeons of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine. Painting has been his hobby since the age of three. He is a volunteer surgeon for Operation Smile and has been to missions in the Philippines, Kenya, Cambodia and various places in China. He would like to combine his surgical skills and aesthetic sense to "repair broken face and restore smile".
- Mr. Henry Tong

Mr. Henry Tong is a Certified Management Accountant (U.S.). He graduated from the University of Michigan in the U.S., and Queen Elizabeth School in Hong Kong. He is the Vice President of Wong Hau Plastic Works & Trading Co., Ltd., a renowned trading firm in Hong Kong which specializes in toys and children’s products. Mr. Tong actively participates in social services. He has been the Director of the Yuen Yuen Institute, President of Rotary Club of Hong Kong Sunrise, Vice Chairman of Pok Oi Hospital, and Director of Lifeline Express. Mr. Tong has devoted himself to education in Hong Kong. He has been the School Manager and Executive Member of the School Sponsoring Bodies of over 30 schools and kindergartens in Hong Kong. Mr. Tong was awarded Honorary Citizen of Shaoguan, Guangdong, China for promoting education and health care in the city.
